In 1926, Pontiac was a relatively new car brand, having been introduced only a few years earlier by General Motors. The 1926 Pontiac models featured a 186-cubic inch six-cylinder engine and could reach speeds of around 60 mph. The cars had a distinctive styling, with a long hood, sloping windshield, and a tall radiator grille with a prominent Pontiac emblem. Some of the popular models of Pontiac in 1926 were the Coach, the Sedan, and the Roadster. Despite the Great Depression and tough economic times, Pontiac managed to thrive and grow in the following years, eventually becoming a household name in the automotive industry.
